We are passionate about Youth, Health and Wellbeing. Our youth program is BRIDGING THE GAP, the kids that find big groups overwhelming, want to be part of something, and get off screens but don’t enjoy team sports.  They may be lacking in confidence and need more time spent with them. John Ireland Breathwork HQ: Breathwork starts with breath awareness, and is a practice that involves deliberate and mindful control of the breath for the purpose of improving overall well-being, quality of experince and divine connectedness. It involves consciously altering one's breathing pattern, intentional inhalation, exhalation and hold patterns to achieve specific outcomes.

  • Play and Learn Supported (PALS) Inclusive playgroups

    An inclusive Free School Holiday Program for parents, carers, and siblings for preschoolers and parents/carers, and siblings.

    Playgroups and Ability Fit welcome all children with or without disability and/or developmental concerns.
